Ash is the one who'll spend an extra twenty minutes on a single panel because the light caught a swirl no one else would've noticed. The detail-obsessed half of DOW, he leads the wash and correction work and sets the standard the whole studio runs to.
His philosophy is simple: there's no such thing as "good enough." A car either leaves right, or it doesn't leave. He'd rather take on fewer cars and do each one properly than rush through a full day of shortcuts.
If Ash is obsessed with the process, Raja is obsessed with the result — and the person picking the car up. He leads on coatings and protection, the SONAX work that keeps a finish looking right months down the line, and he's usually the one walking you through exactly what was done and why.
